2. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, selecting an acceptance checkbox, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Do not use the Service if you do not agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a paid plan.
3. The Service
Here Comes Forever Life provides digital tools that may help users plan and manage weddings.
Features may include:

- guest and RSVP management;
- seating arrangements;
- vendor research and comparison;
- shopping and packing lists;
- wedding-day schedules;
- notes, documents, and photographs; and
- collaboration with partners, family members, or other invited users.
The Service is a planning and organizational tool. It is not a substitute for a professional wedding planner, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, medical professional, or other specialist.
You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming your wedding arrangements, contracts, costs, deadlines, and decisions.
4. Your Account
You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for:
- protecting your password and login credentials;
- activity performed through your account;
- ensuring that authorized collaborators use the Service appropriately; and
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must not share your account credentials publicly or allow anyone to access the Service in a way that breaches these Terms.
We may require you to verify your identity or account information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or account recovery.
5. Collaborators
The Service may allow you to invite another person to view or manage wedding information.
You are responsible for:
- inviting only people you are authorized to invite;
- selecting appropriate access permissions;
- removing access when it is no longer required; and
- ensuring that collaborators understand how information within the account may be used.
Actions taken by an authorized collaborator may affect shared wedding plans and information.
6. User Content
“User Content” means information or materials that you or your collaborators upload, enter, create or store through the Service.
This may include:
- guest names and contact information;
- RSVP responses;
- dietary or accessibility information;
- budgets and payment records;
- vendor information;
- photographs;
- seating arrangements;
- schedules;
- notes; and
- uploaded documents.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and operate the Service;
- synchronize information across authorized devices and accounts;
- provide customer support;
- maintain security and prevent misuse;
- create backups and recover information; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal retention requirements.
We do not acquire ownership of your User Content.
7. Information About Other People
You may enter information about guests, family members, wedding party members, vendors, and other individuals.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- you have a lawful and appropriate reason to provide that information;
- the information is relevant to wedding planning;
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you do not upload more information than reasonably necessary; and
- you respect requests from individuals concerning their information.
Avoid entering identity document numbers, financial account credentials, medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless the Service specifically requests it and it is genuinely necessary.
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purposes;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- access or attempt to access another user’s account without permission;
- upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful software;
- disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- bypass access controls or usage restrictions;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract information from the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain the Service’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission;
- upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- harass, threaten, or harm another person; or
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
9. Vendors and Third-Party Services
The Service may allow you to record, compare, review, contact, or access wedding vendors and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- vendors are independent third parties;
- we do not act as their agent;
- we do not guarantee their pricing, availability, quality, licensing, insurance, or performance;
- a listing or link does not constitute our endorsement; and
- we are not a party to agreements between you and a vendor.
You should independently review each vendor’s qualifications, quotation, contract, cancellation policy, insurance and payment requirements.
Your agreement with the relevant vendor governs vendor bookings, deposits, refunds, cancellations, disputes and services.
The Service may also integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors, cloud storage providers, calendar services, mapping services, or app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Free and Paid Plans
We may offer free features, paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, trials, or promotional plans.
Before you purchase a paid plan, we will display the applicable:
- price;
- billing period;
- included features;
- renewal terms;
- trial conditions, where applicable; and
- cancellation method.
Taxes may be added where required by law.
11. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Where you purchase an automatically renewing subscription:
- your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date;
- the applicable payment method will be charged for the next billing period;
- cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally end access during a period already paid for; and
- deleting the application does not automatically cancel the subscription.
You can cancel through your account settings or through the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.
Purchases made through Apple, Google or another third-party platform may also be governed by that platform’s billing, cancellation and refund procedures.
12. Free Trials
Where a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the trial length, conversion date, and subscription price will be shown before the trial begins.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the applicable subscription fee may be charged at the end of the trial.
Trial eligibility may be limited to new users or one trial per person, household, account, or payment method.
13. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant paid period or digital service has started, except:
- where otherwise stated at the time of purchase;
- where we approve a refund;
- where the Service is discontinued as described in these Terms; or
- where a refund is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
14. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods.
Where a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice. The new price will apply from the next stated renewal date.
You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
15. Reminders, Calculations and Planning Information
The Service may provide reminders, estimates, calculations, templates, suggested timelines, or other planning information.
These tools depend on the information you provide and may be affected by:
- incorrect or incomplete entries;
- changes made by collaborators;
- device or notification settings;
- calendar or third-party integration errors;
- internet connectivity;
- time-zone settings; or
- technical interruptions.
You should not rely on the Service as the sole method of tracking critical deadlines, payments, contractual obligations, or wedding-day arrangements.
Keep independent copies of important vendor contracts, payment confirmations, schedules, and contact details.
16. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect User Content and personal information. However, no online system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for securing your devices, email accounts, passwords, and authorized integrations.
17. Data Export and Account Deletion
Where the relevant functionality is available, you may download or export selected wedding information from the Service.
You may request account deletion through your account settings.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to User Content. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or legitimate business-record purposes.
Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
18. Availability and Maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- scheduled maintenance;
- emergency repairs;
- security incidents;
- software or infrastructure failures;
- third-party service interruptions; or
- events beyond our reasonable control.
Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance that materially affects the Service.
19. Changes to the Service
We may update the Service to:
- improve functionality or usability;
- introduce new features;
- address security or technical issues;
- comply with legal requirements; or
- retire features that are no longer practical to maintain.
We will not materially reduce the essential features of a paid plan during an existing paid billing period without a reasonable operational, security, or legal reason.
If we permanently discontinue the entire paid Service, we will, where reasonably practicable:
- provide advance notice;
- allow a reasonable opportunity to export available User Content; and
- provide an appropriate refund for any unused prepaid subscription period.
20. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, the Service and its contents are owned by or licensed to us.
This includes the software, source code, designs, interfaces, branding, logos, illustrations, templates, text, graphics, and underlying databases.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for personal wedding planning purposes.
You may not copy, sell, distribute, license, modify, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
21. Feedback
You may provide suggestions, comments, or feedback about the Service.
You permit us to use feedback without restriction or payment, provided that we do not publicly identify you as its source without your permission.
Feedback does not include your private User Content or personal information.
22. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:
- you have materially breached these Terms;
- your account has been compromised;
- payment is overdue;
- your activity creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
- you have used the Service fraudulently or unlawfully; or
- suspension is required by law or a competent authority.
Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to address the issue before termination.
We may suspend access immediately, where necessary, to protect users, data, the Service, or third parties.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.
23. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free;
- every feature will meet your individual requirements;
- reminders or notifications will always be received;
- calculations or templates will be suitable for every wedding;
- third-party information will be complete or accurate; or
- vendors or other third parties will perform as expected.
You are responsible for verifying important information and making your own wedding-planning decisions.
24. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This includes any mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
This may include loss arising from:
- decisions made using incomplete or inaccurate information;
- missed reminders or deadlines;
- vendor acts, omissions, cancellations or disputes;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- event postponement or cancellation;
- unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure an account or device; or
- temporary unavailability of the Service.
Where we are legally liable to you, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid us during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- S$100.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
25. Communications
You agree that we may send operational communications relating to your account, purchases, security, important Service changes, or these Terms.
These communications may be sent through the Service or to the email address associated with your account.
Marketing communications will be managed separately and may be unsubscribed from using the method stated in the relevant message.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
- the Service;
- our business operations;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- security practices; or
- payment and subscription arrangements.
The updated Terms will state their effective date.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service, by email or by another appropriate method.
Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law.
By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service or cancel an affected subscription if you do not accept them.
27. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring or sale of the Service, provided that doing so does not materially reduce your rights under these Terms.
28. Third-Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any provision of them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
30. No Waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any specific terms presented when you purchase a plan constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the Service.
Where specific purchase terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific purchase terms will apply to that purchase.
32. Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of Singapore govern these Terms.
Before commencing legal proceedings, you and we agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and providing details of the issue.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where applicable law entitles you to bring a claim elsewhere.
